Very cosy, great service and amazing food! Definitely coming again. Also dog friendly, we'll be bringing ours next time!
Sunday lunch was great! Lovely vegan Wellington. However, would have been nice to have had a vegan Yorkshire pudding :) they are possible and no vegan desert option.
Not your usual pub, or pub grub for that matter....A charming and popular cosy restaurant with quirky surroundings providing a varied menu for all tastes including vegan. Mid-range prices, not cheap, but the price reflects the surroundings, the presentation and the quality of the food. A wide and varied bar selection. Definitely a place to take someone special or for a special occasion. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place to sit with a pint of real ale or cider to while away the evening. Friendly staff and great customer service. The girl behind the bar once let me use her laptop when I had lost my smartphone and I needed a way to contact someone-a kindness that I'll remember!
A lovely little pub with plenty of character. Excellent selection of real ales that are well kept, plus some nice lagers and ciders too. Barstaff are very friendly and helpful. Seating areas can get busy so might be worth coming a little early in busy evenings. The food is incredible and the menu changes quite regularly, so we'll worth a repeat visit!
