  We were buying a house through Alexander May. They were initially very helpful when organising viewing times but really helped us push through the conveyancing by proactively ringing up solicitors and other estate agents all through our chain to keep things moving. The communication was really good and they kept us informed through each stage of the process.

  We had a tricky house sale because of a long chain, but the team at Alexander May were fantastic - they went the extra mile to keep informed of all those involved in the chain (not just immediately above and below), and offered us - and others in the chain - informed, honest and fair advice. We almost chose a cheaper online agent but in the end we were hugely relieved we did not. A good agent offers what we got: proactive and personal service, and contactable whenever we needed them 6 days a week. Our complex sale would have failed without this, and so I'd strongly recommend the Long Ashton Alexander May team!
